The goals of The Holocaust Center, Boston North Inc. are to document and to preserve history; to reduce hatred, prejudice, ignorance and indifference through education; and to prevent future tragedies through the study of the universal lessons of this period.

As long as any people are deprived of dignity and human rights, no one can be free.

The Legacy Partner Project to preserve the memory of the Holocaust.

As “guardians” of The Holocaust who bear the responsibility that the world never forget, we find ourselves at a time in history when soon, due to the inevitability of human mortality, there will be no more survivors to provide first hand eyewitness testimony. Our remaining survivors are historical treasures whose place in history must be preserved.  It is our objective to create a program called “legacy partners” whereby remaining survivors empower an individual or individuals of their choice, to carry forward the most intimate details of their Holocaust Experience so that “eyewitness accounts” can continue in perpetuity. This project is being created under the leadership of Neil Donnenfeld and The Holocaust Center, BN. Second and Third Generations of Holocaust survivors, educators, or anyone interested in becoming a part of this vital project should call The Holocaust Center at 978-531-8288.

Wish List: The Holocaust Center is searching for generous donors to underwrite the professional transference and replication of the video I Promised I Would Tell (Holocaust survivor, Sonia Schreiber Weitz’s personal account ) to DVD or provide us with a DVD multiple duplication machine. With sufficient funding, we will be able to make this DVDs available at a minimal cost to educational institutions.  Please call 978-531-8288 or email info@holocaustcenterbn.org
